Stephanie, a native of Haiti, embarked on a journey to the United States at the age of 12, carrying with her a profound appreciation for authenticity, curiosity, and unconditional love, particularly evident in the presence of children. Guided by her passion for cognitive development, mental health, and women’s empowerment, Stephanie devoted herself to becoming a professionally trained childcare educator. With over a decade of experience in nurturing infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, she has not only led teams of teachers but also inspired them to become the best versions of themselves, ensuring effective education and care for children under their charge.

Stephanie holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, underscoring her commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. Beyond her academic achievements, Stephanie’s life purpose resonates deeply with her advocacy for voiceless children, striving to be their unwavering advocate in a world where their voices often go unheard. As a dedicated parent coach, Stephanie provides valuable guidance and support to parents navigating the challenges of raising children in today’s world.

Happily married to her wonderful husband Lerby Sylvera, Stephanie is also the proud founder of Sos4kidz, an organization dedicated to providing support and resources to families and  children during their developmental stages. Outside of her professional endeavors, Stephanie finds solace and joy in God, family nature, music, prayer, meditation, dancing, serving her community and of course, the enriching experience of working with children, whose presence continues to inspire and uplift her every day.
